I know how it goes but you know every time you look at the car, it always puts a smile on your face (unless it's broken). So at the end of the day, it's all worth it.

I do love my car truly.
I love it enough I'm waiting on more parts. More parts, more parts.
This week is new coilovers and phenolic gasket.
I decided during the past weak to turn the boost up this winter.
So I'm waiting on a split second psc1 fuel/air signal calibrator, it's a ecu piggy back controller to help dial in car above 8psi. The pes g2 ecu is only tuned to 8psi, anything above 8psi car runs really lean and have been known to implode.
Also to aid this will be a snow stg2 water meth kit.
I have a 2.8in pulley good for 11psi.
So with the pulley, gasket and water meth I'm looking to be around 13-15psi.
And that will be plenty. **** the car is quick enough at 7 1/2 psi. Anything more is just more smiles per gallon

Win! Worried about torque spikes and snapping rods at 15psi though?

Very worried actually....
If I can actually swing $$ wiesco's and I.e tuscon rods would be deff but that's 1400$ before assembly. That and I'm good at wrenching but I'm skeptical on assembly, I don't think I'm that good.

Would be helpful. I'm actually suppose to go up for some coding and to just chill for a day. Just gotta find time.
But I have been researching more, learning.
I'm going to go for 10-12 psi this winter. My piggy back calibrator (split second psc1) is on its way. And instead of a 2.8in pulley I'm going to run a 2.9in.
The calibrator will help above 7psi where the factory g2 tune is super rich at wot.
That way I can dial in air fuel mixture and avoid pinging.
If I can run ping free on 2.9in pulley with the psc1 ill add water meth and the 2.8in.
I'm a big fan of longevity, me being a dumb *** and wanting more boost could definitely shorten any kind of longevity I might have.
Plus car is quick enough 3-4 psi more will be 40+ hp or so.
Might look into porting the sc opening as well.

1in in the rear. Have only put 50 miles on them though

235/45/17 rear 215/45/17 front.
Also swapped off the 18mm rear sway bar for the stock sport 15mm.
Car feels good.
Raced my dad last night in his big turbo 200 wagon. I pulled on him pretty good. It was awesome running with my old man on the roads I learned to drive on.

So Friday at lunch I had some woman lock up her brakes in front of me, Mazda cx7.
Audi went right under her bumper into tow hitch.
I got lucky she didn't have the ball and reciver on it.
Damage is hood, grill, headlights, rad, core support and clutch fan. The nice u shape of the cx7 bumper saved the rest of front end.

Car is back together though. Still need a core support and headlights! I had a hood and grill at home. Grabbed a passat fwd auto radiator out of local you pull it so I could get. Car home/to shop.
So I took car to the shop for the winter. Nice and dry nice and safe surrounded by German engineering.

Yeah it's a 200 10vtq. there's a tube frame 914 gt4r, and a 76 targa under the blankets..
I love the wheels just not the color offset is right, I just didn't want black with a polished lip
So I went orange, was going to do tennis ball green but didn't.
Wheels are getting powerder coated this winter just have to decide on color.
