Sorry for long update but I have been busy.
Been around been braking car parts and driving hard.
Replaced passanger cam tensioner this past week. Was checking oil seal behind cam position sensor and I broke the reading tab off cps.
So I'm waiting for a cps I'm hoping to have car squared away for this weekend. Last race of the season, and I'm dying to go slide around and beat the subies and evos.
Just hoping parts get here. Maybe I'll just trailor car down and run with out my cps if its not here by Friday.
Don't wanna hurt car but I need to get this out of my system before snow hits.

Yeah I'm hoping its here. It sucks if its not my regular feed ex or ups guy they can't ever find my house. Always have to wait a day and pick it up my self.
Happens once or twice a month. Don't they give those guys GPS

Fed ex cam through in the clutch. Parts arrived yesterday.
Got home from work. Dropping in my cps. And swapped out passanger primary o2 sensor, checked tourqe on cam followers.
Took car for a nice hard ride misfire is cured. Passanger head is nice and fresh.
Pockets are a little lighter.
Replaced in passanger head
Cam chain tensioner, cps, seals, primary o2, valve cover gasket,
Coil pack, new ngk iridiums x6.
So I installed a harness bar set up to hook my 4 point seat belts too. There isn't one offered for a b5 so I took a old strut tower bar I had, swapped out the end links and hard ware to what I needed and mounted it. I'll post pics later of it. Lost the rear seats though.
And I didn't think car would be done so I didn't register for the race. So I gotta trash bag the Hoosiers for the winter

So I'm looking for help on rear diff options.
I pulled fuel pump cover to listen for driveline noise and can hear the rear clicking is still fine for now but won't last long. Plus driving with the open rear at speed really puts my driving ability to the test. I have damn near **** myself a few times.
Any way
I have read the 944 fits right in with a little dremmel machine work. I kinda want wavetrac rear. But at 1200-1400$ on one ill try the mod way for around 350$. It seams pretty straight forward more or less. But I can do it at home and work in my free time.
So my thoughts right now are I'm going to grab another factory rear diff this week. So that way I can buy a 944 rear and see what needs to be done to get it in a b5 rear housing. If its more then a little dremmel work ill way my options on machining. But if the cost is over 500$ ill buy a wavetrac or a quaife.

Yeah it went as far as asking public opinion. My thinking is the next few things I'm doing are 1 going to finish the car. 2 really work my pockets out.
And the car won't give me a break. Every time I look at it it's got it's hand out.
" I want parts!" I want more boost" " does my *** look good with this trunk"
It's crazy it's like a second wife.
But I'm not ready to see other people yet
