um, you know your needle is not supposed to be that far over?
looks like you got more issues than that.... and i saw your boost gauge needle bounce, but that sounded to be from reving

Yes I was reving the motor. Hasnt moved from there in the last two days usually when i turn off the car the needle goes back to zero. even when it goes back its stil bouncny. Bounces around for a couple seconds then drops all the way to the clock.

You can do an electrical gauge sweep with the vag com to verify the operation of the gauges, you have to go into module 17 then perform the output test for the gauges. They should sweep all the way to the right then back over at rest, if you tack doesn't move, your cluster is fucked.

My guess is it's one of your ignition coils, mine had the same issue a couple months back, after i found out one of my ignition coils were bad,i bought a replacement for 23.00 at autozone.
Three days later i took it to my local audi dealer and got all 4 replaced for free, being the ignition coils had a recall and my 2001 Audi A4 1.8T awm was covered under the recall.
Look at your coil pack and see if they are causing one of you cylinders to misfire, causing the needles to jump, like mine did.
Here is the video i made a couple months ago, before i found out what was causing the issue.
