Default Rough Idle when power is used, and boost and oil press. numbers

I haven't had to ask a question in a while (thankfully) as my car has been running really well . Anyways whenever i drive it in the morning it has a rough idle until it gets up to temp (takes longer than some since i'm running bkr7e because it's chipped), and whenever i turn on my headlights. Recently that has escalated to when i'm in neutral coasting and doing a turn it again, has a rough idle, even if it is completely warm. And now since this week has been hot (82 degrees today) i used the AC and it was a really really crappy idle, the rpm gauge is jumpy all around going down to 800 and jumping up to like 1,200. Its terrible. It has a somewhat new battery, what could be causing this? No codes or lights btw.

And i just installed boost and oil pressure gauges to make sure where i should be, 192k but great condition.
Oil Pressure (Not exact):
Cold Idle: 85psi
Driving around 2,500 rpm cold: about 92 psi
Warm idle: 21-26 psi
Warm driving 3k rpm: 60 psi

Boost (Not exact):
Idle: 21 Hg
Constant speed but not coasting: 8-16 Hg
Accelerating medium: 5 psi
Accelerating hard: 7-9 psi
Peaking at: 12 psi

EDIT
Also i put a stage 1 ecs lightweight flywheel with s4 clutch and p. plate about 600 miles ago. I dont know if this is normal or not but say i nail it (i did the 500 mile breakin easy) it still slips sometimes, not as bad, but still does. Do lightweight flywheels have a longer breakin time or is something wrong here? Work was done by a mechanic friend who knows what he is doing, we cleaned everything with brake cleaner before installing.

Thanks guys!

Try cleaning your MAF sensor and see if that helps.

Ill try that, as far as I know it has never been cleaned or replaced. Any other suggestions?

what chip do you have? I am apr stage +2 and using the stock ngk plugs. I tried the bkr7e and i had idle misfires with it. i suggest you switch back to 6. your not boosting crazy amounts.

the peak boost seems low if you say its chipped. when i was stage 1 it would peak at 18 and drop down to 12-14 and hold. now i peak at 23 and hold 18. it sounds like you have a vac/boost leak.
do you have vagcom?

secondly, i too installed the ecs/RA4 stage 2 clutch(RS4 disc and PP). how is the vibration in your car at low rpm mid-high load? mine sounds like its going to fall apart...

about the clutch slipping, i have heard this before with the ecs kit as well as other kits. it is noted that it may slip during break in. mine did not slip but the "feel" of the clutch changed after about 2k miles.

It's a total Audi performance chip (I think they were bought out awhile ago), it has a stock ko3 with 192k miles on it so is it possible that's my reason for low boost? And I do not have vag-com and sorry for the noob question but will vag-com lite (the free version) do anything I need it to do or should I buy full? I guess that good as far as the clutch, I really don't want to replace it again. If I shift down low rpm that thing rattles like crazy I swear it's about to blow up, normally it's not to bad

Cleaned the maf, it is idling alot better but still not perfect. I think my permanent air filter (put in in 1999) is loosing its touch, doesn't seem to have much air running through it. So ill replace that

if the maf doesnt lead anywhere, id look at either the coolant temp sensor or the intake air temp sensor.

The coolant temp sensor is new, so that's not it. How would I go about checking the intake air temp?

Vag com. The free version lets you scan and clear codes and mo it or 1-10 on engine modules. Where are you located? I sent you a pm.
