Default Rough Idle, Bad Acceleration, PCV Issues?

I just started a project to Replace my PCV system. The car almost stalls when going back to idle then levels off and on occasion has failed to run when in traffic. I believe I am getting no boost from the turbo, but I bought the car with the PCV problems. I am replacing the Breather Hose (shaped like a T), Breather Tube and (since I broke it on the first install attempt) The breather box attached to the engine. The intake manifold is off right now giving me good access to everything, so my questions are:

1) Do you think this replacement will solve my issue?
2) Is there anything I should check or replace while the intake manifold is off?
3) How important is it to clean out the PCV lines? (I noticed sedement in them and don't want them to fail any check valves)
4) The hose from the turbo to the air box looks like it doesnt seal, what issues will this cause?

Still having Idle issues after working on the PCV system. I have no CEL and I don't think my car has boost. MAF sensor and O2 sensors are expensive and I'm not even sure that is the problem. Where should I look?

Try looking at the suction pump. If your unsure, take a look at my thread called "car dieing".
