You have to un-bolt the cams and tensioner and take it out all at once. You can't get the chain out un-less the tensioner is pulled out. You need to re-assemble it back together with 16 teeth between the timing marks as well, like this. You also need the compressor tool for the tensioner.

No, it just makes it really damn hard to get the chain back on. I think the chain will stay on around the tensioner and cams if you take it out as an assembly and place both cams and tensioner on the floor.

so im pretty screwed, i dont think my car is gunna be running for a really long time. im look like crazy for a cheap car just so i have something to drive to work. thats not working out too well, and i might get fired from my job because i have no way to get there.

its hard to find somethin cheap cuz gas prices everyone is selling crap cars for a LOT.
my work is too far for bus or taxi.
im almost to the point where im gunna look for a job closer to home just so can get there easier.
i need to find a 1.8 motor i can just swap in my car so i can fix my motor and have something to drive at the same time.
