Me, the lady, and the A4 are heading down to Tennessee come the end of April for a longish weekend. I've never really driven my car for more than about 200 miles at a time, and the trip itself is about 1150 miles. Anything I need to know or be aware of for a long trip? I always change my oil at about 4k with either Mobil1 or Royal Purple (depending on if I'm going to be racing,) and I'm only at 56k miles so I don't need to worry about my timing belt for a while. I'm just super paranoid about sludge since I've heard horror stories about 1.8s dying on long trips. I have new plugs, my oil has about 400 miles on it but it will be changed right before I go, I flushed my coolant about two months ago and I'm running Mobil1 ATF for my power steering. I'll probably be changing the transmission fluid before I go, too. I'm hoping to be able to do the drive in about 24 hours with power naps (the estimated drive time is 18 hours.) The only other mod I'm going to be doing is sound deadening in the trunk because my exhaust is kinda loud
