Looks very nice! I don't think it's "ricey" at all.
Of course, different people have different opinions of "rice".
Did you do any sanding first or you just painted them right away?

definitely did some sanding. 320 and then 600 grit on all three parts. the key is to do tons of light coats when using canned spray paint. i also added quite a few coats of clearcoat afterwards.

I refuse to believe it. That's a rebadged Honda. Didn't you hear about the Honda Civic that was converted to a BMW 5-series? In and out it was identical; the engine was still a Honda though.
