Idler rollers and serpentine belt for sure (get one of the comprehensive t-belt kits with all those parts but do NOT waste your money on the cam lock tool - if you set cylinder 3 to TDC on the compression stroke, you'd have to hit the cams with a hammer to move them). There's not a whole lot else in there that can only be accessed with the car in service position though. Maybe valve cover gaskets just because you're already working on the car (although they can be done at any time). If you don't have them, it'd be a good time to get HIDs (and Depo lights as well), since the headlights come out to do the job, and you can use the time with the front of the car opened up to mount the ballasts on the crossmember under the headlights (it's a serious pain with the car assembled, but with it opened up it's much easier.

Wow never mind what I said about the tensioner. Its definitely a must. Do the kits just not include them or what?

Don't forget to order a serpentine belt tensioner while you're at it. Link: http://www.blauparts.com/proddetail....od=GJ12603%2DB You don't really need the gear puller - i did mine without it.

Might as well grab some new plugs, and if you're going to have your car ripped apart, might as well change the v/c gaskets (as mentioned) and the cam tensioner seals

p.s. - don't forget to replace your vacuum hoses

Check your valve cover gaskets for leakage. Should be alittle easier to get em done with the front end off. Yours have either already been replaced or are in dire need of it at 140k.
