replacing drivers side fog light 1.8tQ

Default replacing drivers side fog light 1.8tQ
I have a 99.5 1.8tQ and i'm trying to replace the drivers side fog light but how the hell do you get it at without removing the intercooler?

Take the light out of the car - pop off the grille and bezel around the fog, undo the mounting bolts, and remove the fog housing from the car, then change the bulb.

so i pull the housing out from outside of the car? not from underneath?

Right - the grille will pop off, then the bezel around the light pops off, and then you can remove the bolts that hold the foglight to the bumper and pull it out that way.
