Hello, I have a 1997 A4 2.8 5 speed manual. You can have the whole car if you want. I have not started the car in a year. It looks great and the sub frame is in good condition. I want 1500 for everything with clean title Silver in color

Doing it on the ground would involve getting the subframe unbolted & jacking the body up enough to slide the subframe out.
Disconnect driveshaft at rear diff , disconnect rear e-brake cables , brake calipers , i think there are 4 large bolts at each corner of subframe that need to be unbolted. I think on your model there are bolts that also have to be removed at the shock towers.
Don't remove all subframe bolts unless the subframe is supported or on the ground! You do not want to be underneath the subframe when unbolting.
