You're going to have to take the steps I mentioned above to narrow down the list of possible causes. I would begin by testing fuel pressure on Bank 1 , then attempt to move the misfire be moving one injector, then one coil pack from one side to the other.

Newly discovered symptom (but probably not a new symptom): Significant amount of water being released through the bank 1 exhaust pipe at the rear. It's spitting water out the back in pretty high volume. Idling for a while leaves a pool of water below. The bank 2 exhaust pipe has some moisture but not nearly as much as bank 1.

Bump? Have you tried to move the misfire? That's step one, buddy. But I said that before. No fuel pressure gauge? It seems as though you don't have the wherewithal to repair your car. Scrape some cash together and take it to a professional.
