Angry questioning VVME.com's integrity

so, i ordered a conversion kit from vvme Nov 21st and i still havent gotten it in the mail....


anyone else had this issue?

has anyone ever bought from them?



im kinda ticked cause the website says guaranteed delivery within 2-5 days...
i submitted a dispute on paypal with them.

stuff ushally takes double time during the holidays. i waited 2months for **** from jegs.com during the holiday season. dont worrie, it'll just be a little late probally.

dont know about the rest from vvme, i orderd DDM for the lifetime replacment thing...

i guess theres some mixup with dhl. theres a virus goin around that says DHL on it so i deleted it, but turns out it was sittin in cali customs cause it came from japan or sumthin. but today dhl reported it got shipped back...

*sigh* im sick of this already

Interesting...I ordered some lights from VVME on 11/26 and received them on 12/5.

Sorry about your luck with customs.

you didnt get any emails from DHL asking you to fill out paperwork to get it out of customs, did you?

Some ppl get stuff from VVME really quickly but others dont recieve them until atleat a month later. The stuff comes directly from China and they have horrible customer service. Also they do not have any "english" customer service. I knew about their lowsy record so i went with the cheapest american based company i could find which at the time was xenoneyes.com

They offer a year warranty on everything and if you front $75 more they give you a lifetime warranty on everything. Plus they are here in the US so you deal with an english speaking person with no international calling BS.

Got mine over a year ago from another member who decided not to use them. Never had any issues. Order through eBay and pay via paypal so you have some way to get back at them if they don't ship. their eBay name is "flashplus"
