Pulsing e-brake HANDLE in snow
So we just had a bunch of snow fall here in MN, and when I went out for a drive, I noticed that my e-brake was pulsing, and if you grabbed it, I kinda of felt like a fish was tugging on the other side of the cable (erratic and of varying intensity). The only thought I have is that snow the rims was so thick that it was hitting the end of the ebrake cable and the mechanism. The only thing I cant explain is why it is doing that now and never did before (especially when this snow was very soft, and in past winters, event when the snow froze solid in the rim this never happened). Any thoughts and has anyone had this happen?
