Which poster are you asking? For the timing belt service, plan on finding an independent Euro shop and paying $700-800. At a dealer, add a few hundred more. Or DIY for the cost of parts (it really isn't a hard job).
For a vacuum line, find the broken one, remove it, measure it, and replace it with an equal length vacuum line for 30 cents a foot or so at the parts store.
