problem with boost maxing out too early

Something else I noticed that it's doing is that when I open the taps on it it will continue to rev about 500-1000 rpm when I let off and push the clutch in.

Another thing I noticed it doing is after i get on it and when i go to shift after letting off the throttle it will continue to rev 500-1000 rpm.
