Default Priming my turbo

So I've gotten my k04 installed and tomorrow I am going to change my oil and put all new coolant in. How do I go about priming my turbo so that I can get some oil and coolant in there before running it for the first time? I just don't feel comfortable starting the car without there being any oil in the turbo, ya know?

That's it? I thought there was another way...something that had to do with pulling a fuse or something like that.

Easiest way is to take out your ecu and crank it for short bursts. That will allow the fluids to circulate without the car starting. You could also unplug all of the fuel injectors etc to ensure the car won't start if you don't want to unplug the ecu.

^^^ dont do any of that business...

Pull your fuel pump fuse out and crank the engine for about 5-10 seconds with the key. that will cycle oil but obv the car wont start cuz theres no fuel delivery.

Thank you so much you guys. Got the new longtube manifold in, new k04, and the car is running good so far. I'm taking it easy so that I can monitor and see if everything is going well. I'm running only 15psi for now but I'm going to bump it back up when I feel comfortable that everything is all good. I'm going to try and get a video running around town. Ahh, feels SOOO good having a car again!
