The JB Weld might work for now but I wouldn't count on it long term. If you search Ebay for "power steering cooler" then there are lots of them for under $10. Or you could just buy some line of the correct size as ITD suggested. Also, for clamps, make sure to use really high quality ones. I would prefer T-bolt clamps. Power steering lines can be under a lot of pressure. Don't screw around with them.

yeah, that pressure is sure to burst that jb weld within a month or two... just do it right and buy that tubing and bend it similarly to what yours is... i bet it can be done for under $15 total... its going to blow again and you are going to end up spending another $50 to tow it....

Just so you know Phil, coolers are never on the pressure side of any power steering system. The high pressure side of a steering system can reach into the 1,000psi and up range. Low pressure side has little to no pressure at all, your fine for a month or two till you get money.
