anybody have them or know someone who has them? are they any good?

 

If you want to stick with halogen bulbs, get some SilverStars (buy 'em at any auto parts store). For serious light output, get HIDs from vvme.com or flashplus on eBay. If you're not familiar with HIDs, you can search and find all the information you need.

 

my buddy bought some hid's from ecs and he said they quit working in 15 minutes

 

Just get some HIDs from VVME...even if on of them is f£ecked-up, they're still cheaper than anywhere else.
