Pics of Stock Headlights with upgraded HID Kit?
#11
Well thanks for all the info guys, basicly i have a headlight bulb out and a $35 Bulb is not worth it when the HID kit is like $49 right? But unless there are really cheap really good headlight upgrades out there, i have no plans of spending extra $$$ on headlights. I dont care if i blind people, as long as i can see. lol. (Im a poor college boy now, and every cent is going tward a G2 haha)
Viking, what kind of wheels are those? Possible new look for my baby in te future.

OEM two-piece lights (they don't focus the beam as well as projectors):
Ignore the green tinges here - it's a result of the camera phone I used, not the lights themselves:
The light projection using OEM two-piece lights:
I didn't bother posting pics of HIDs in the Depo projectors since they look the same as HIDs in the OEM one-piece lights and there are about a million pics of those on the forum already. The HIDs certainly work better than halogens in the stock lights, since the stock lights are awful to begin with. However, halogens in the Depos work better than HIDs in the stock lights. Put HIDs in the Depos and it's ridiculous. I recommend you go that route eventually, even if you can't yet. The output increase is tremendous, and the lights add style that the OEM ones can't hope to give. Very worth the money. And they both use H7 bulbs so you don't have to worry about replacing your HID bulbs when you go to Depo lights - just swap the HIDs into them and you're in business.

If upstate did it, then long island should be the same. But haha, when you think about it....NYC and LI automotive rules are a little more strict all together.
UpstateNYA4 thanks alot for the info, exactly what i needed to hear.
