Default parts??

I'm looking for the black rubber molding piece on the bottom of the driver's side door. I just called Shokan without any luck. The woman on the phone told me to get a new one at Audi, but I know they are going to charge me a mint for a stupid rubber piece that probably costs pennies to produce, not to mention the wait time for the piece (I waited almost four months for a touch-up paint pen). So I'd rather not take that route unless I have to.

ECS tuning carries them. You'll want to buy all 4 if any of them are rusted or faded. The dealer price is the same after you factor in ECS tuning's shipping.

I would check out http://www.car-part.com

Its a database of salvage yards and their parts. You can search by part and whatnot. I found my OEM taillights off there, $75 for both with shipping, try finding one OEM tail for that price any where else lol. You'll have fun finding little things in the car that you need that you really cant find too many places, have you ever tried to replace the rear ash-tray assembly? It was the only site where I could find it.
