Default Over heating 1.8t 2001

Had the heater core flushed cause had no heat and since the car has gotten almost up to 120 degrees when it was always on. 90 solid before maybe 95 in slow traffic warm day. What could this be my wife was limping it home while stopping to let cool down she got home I popped the hood no coolant in reservoir so I opened the lid and the coolant rushed back into reservoir upon real ease of pressure ?? Any ideas please

im assuming you mean degrees in celcius. 90 is is normal operating temp. 95 isn't bad, but anything over 90 in my mind indicates a problem 120 is definately bad. should be very close to boiling at that point, if it isnt already. sounds to me like whoever flushed the heater core didnt add coolant afterward properly. im guessing he filled the resevoir up cold and left it. you need to fill it up, idle till it warms up when the tstat opens, and add more to top off. if he did do that, blead the air out of the cooling system by running it warm with the coolant cap off and pulling the left heater hose off the connection at the firewall to expose the bleeder hole. when the car is warm. add a bunch of coolant till it comes out the bleeder holer

So it turn out it was just a roten coolant hose clamp came off got that all fixed up then I find out that the car had 0 oil on dip stick was down 2 litres ?? The too end is clean no oil really anywhere bottom end different story but nothing obvious my buddy assumes it might be the oil pan ? Any ideas she has always been a little lower on oil come time to change it but never even close to this amount I always assumed it used a bit because of the turbo ?? But obviously there's a leak any ideas where to start other than obvious which is clean up bottom end through it on the hoist and run it till I see where it's coming from

So turns out the hose clamp was only half the problem the real problem why it's overheating and I had heat issues is cause the clutch fan is shot so I have the part wondering if anybody knows how many hours it would take to do this job ? Please and thanks
