Default oil leak front right axle screw

Hey guys i have a fwd tip 1.8t 2001. About 2 month ago my mechanic replaced the trans oil pan and right axle due to oil leakage through the trans pan seal(the last owner took a serious bump and hit the pan hard) after those repairs there were no leakage for about 2 weeks. From that moment on I could see oil on my garage. i thought it was old oil washing out but its a bit light clear brown. idk what color is the atf trans fluid so to check what was going on i cleaned it and the other day it was not leaking so i drove off but when i came home and parked the car 5 min later I could see it leaking im thinking this is when i shift or drive off. I checked under the car and and i traced the oil to one of the 12 point screws that hold the axle to the transmission. Can this be a broken seal? do autos have this kind of seal? is my tranny shot?

I appreciate everyone's help im going through a tough time with the hurricane passing through hehehe.

Audi atf is honey colored, a little lighter than fresh oil. There is a gasket between the axle and trans that basically holds in axle grease, but not fluid. It's possible that the prop on the trans is leaking - before the axle - on the trans case. If thats true then the side of the case that secures the prop needs removed, and there is a seal to replace.
Maybe you can see what I mean by looking at this:

Should be doable without having to drop the trans. But still wouldn't be real cheap. I'd imagine it calls for at least a few hours of labor, but idk. If you DIY then it'd be the cost of the seal, a new axle gasket, and fluid. As for where you can buy it, the seal itself should be real cheap even from the dealer. This is not a common replacement item so I'm not real sure about any of it. Def make sure thats the problem before you do anything, of course.

Yeah more like the shaft seal than the O-ring. If it was the O ring I don't think fluid would seep onto the axle bolts but idk for sure.
