Did you ever find a fix to your issue? I have the EXACT same problem. Already replaced the hose, but 6 months later I have the same issue. Power sterring fluid slow leak from the top bolt connector to the rack.

 

it turned out that it was the valve cover gasket which is right below the hose. it was engine oil that was somehow getting on that hose. in your care it might be something else as you said you got a power steering fluid leak, i had an oil leak.
