I'm surprised they're not stripping them out almost every time if they do that.

 

I learned the lesson with Sams Club air gunning lug nuts on so tight that I had to break the strud to get the wheel off.

A local Firestone store put lug nuts on so tight I had to hang and bounce all 220 lbs of me to get them to break free.

Now when I have tires put on any of my cars I take my own Torque wrench and can't seize to the dealer. I stand there and watch them do it right.
