Shouldn't be a big deal though right? As I recall we've been in there before when it wasn't open to the public and the guy was just happy to have the business

Chris, we were able to get in 1-2 weeks before opening. Hopefully we will again. Dillon, it's in my town, Binghamton NY. We're at the intersection of routes 81 and 17 in southern central NY, 3 hrs NW of NYC and an hour south of Syrącuse. You should definitely come - big bunch of retards having a great time. Bring a tent or sleep in your car, either way. It runs roughly $6 a person for a weekend of camping (that's not a typo). Only expenses are beer (which can be, ahem, considerable for some guys), and we each bring food to contribute. The pavilion is powered and we have waffle makers, coffee pots, deep fryers, grills, and in the past one of the local guys has been bringing his 10 foot screen, HD TV projector, and surround sound system. Believe me, you haven't lived until you've spent an evening sitting by a campfire with apple-wood-smoked chicken, all the sides, cold brews, a bunch of Audi nuts, watching a movie in surround sound

Sorry, I suppose location would have been a useful bit of info for the first post LOL.
Most of the guys live in Binghamton, NY. The park is about 20 minutes from there, Google Maps link here: Cook Park, Greene, NY - Google Maps
Far from expensive. We usually all chip in for food and beer, shouldn't cost you more than twenty or thirty bucks tops. The cost of renting our little nook in the park costs about $10/piece up front, could be less depending on how many people commit. There's plenty of room at the park for tents, but a handful of people usually end up getting hammered and sleeping in their cars. I'll see if I can dig up pics from the last one lol. Either way you won't have to worry about paying for a hotel. Only other expenses would be Go Karting if we end up doing that, and one or two meals at local restaurants.
