i am running out of patience with this car, i have spark, i have fuel at the rail, cranks and cranks but still won't start. i have replaced coilpack, engine speed sensor, cam sensor, ECU and a few more things. i get no pulse at the injectors, only two pulses at first but then nothing else. btw its a 96 quattro AAH engine, help is greatly appreciated

 

pressure/leakdown test?

what about the timing? was a timing job recently done and was it running fine before?

 

The timing could be a possibility, the previous owner told me that a timing job was done some months ago, but I didn't know that a bad timing can cause the ECU not to send the injector pulses. I tought that the ECU will send the pulses anyway, but the car won't start because it's not on correct timing. The problem with my car is the complete absence of injector pulse and only that, because the car have fuel pressure in the rail and spark.
