nitrogen

I fill my tires with nitrogen from te dealership I work at. I just checked them yesterday for the first time in 5 months and they only dropped 6psi. They don't seem to change pressure with the air temp like regular air does.

of course, because regular air is just too unstable. but seriously, its exaclty as it advertises, its usually used on high performance cars like the nissan gt-r, i think its to help the tires run cooler at higher speeds.

i have heard that Nitogen doesn't expand as much as air does, but with that my question is tire companies know that air expands under heat, i am sure they figure this in when they are designing a tire, so does having your tires inflated with nitrogen hurt or help the performance of a tire???
