I didn't make a "deal" I saw this coming from a mile away. I got the girls insurance info after it happened just for this reason. After talking to the kid though I realized it's not even worth the hassle. At all. Too cheap maybe, but that's because this guy has fixed my car before, I pay him in cash and I work with his niece. I'm getting some other work done too while I'm in there, so I'll spread the 250 across the other stuff to makes it seem reasonable .

Your insurance went up fast? I'm not sure what you mean by that if your buddy owned Capital Ford.

Oh gotcha. 500 from the guy? He's having a conniption over 250 so getting him to pay double would be impossible. I'm just going to pay the 250 and be done with it.

Call Judge Judy.

Anyway, you're right to be pissed. And you're right that its probably just easier to get it fixed on your own without the "drama".

And you're right to hate f*cktards.

His girlfriend did the damage, he's pissed for her I guess...

My car was physically in PARK, and he said insurance would probably say it was my fault since my lights were off and it was at night. I didn't realize people had to keep their lights on when their cars were parked in a driveway. Just typing all of this out just makes me pissed at how dumb some people are.

Judge Judy would laugh in this kids face if I called her .
