That new coolant tank/cap will update your engine bay a TON. Still one of the best bang-for-buck appearance-oriented mods on the B5 IMO

Agreed. Looks so good when it's white and new with the pink inside.

It will actually get me started on some engine bay love which I have been putting off for a long long time.

I noticed sometime last week that my car was leaking something. I checked today and it seems to be tranny fluid... again...

Lovely. Having my car towed to a shop tomorrow so I don't risk ruining anything.

I lied, I didn't have my car towed. I called the shop today and they said they couldn't take my car until Thursday... So I decided to go out and try and find the leak myself.

I found it. Them actually, on both side there were two little cracks. A few layers of JB Weld later and it doesn't leak anymore. Turns out this had nothing to do with the shop that replaced the pan in PA, I just broke another one is all. Two in two weeks.

Hopefully it holds up pretty well.

You should make a wicked thick skidplate to go under the tranny and then put drag blocks on it!!!

Noob with messed up tranny pan.

You should go bags just because you can't drive lowered cars!
