Apparently it's not my oil pan. They called me today, said it's my tranny pan. They're replacing it tomorrow.

Another day in PA. I'm going to live here.

did they say it was your oil pan or did you tell them it was your oil pan? are they charging you more?

I assumed it was my oil pan, I should have known better because I didn't smell any oil. They called me and said it's not my oil pan but the tranny pan. It's about 70 bucks more to do.

Well at least you'll have some nice new tranny fluid in there for the ride home. Keep that automatic in tip-top shape!

Very true. That's one more thing I can check off for getting it back and running real good. I'm going to change my spark plugs and all that good stuff soon. I also got a CEL 20 minutes into my ride down to PA. I need an o2 sensor. Not sure which one.

that just shows home effective the skid plate is. it did its job and saved the oilpan

how do you know it's the 02? if you scanned, what did it say?

I didn't scan it, Neil's buddy did. I'm not sure which one it was. I forget.
