i am already loving it. anyone know how much hp i should gain with this mode?

 

About 50 Hp & 50 Torque give or take depending on the chip

 

alright i put the car all back together took it for a test drive and after i took it to the mechanic he figured out that the Ecu is bad since, since the air and fuel are not right. anyways just wanted to know which ecus from which cars will fit mine. i have a 97 1.8T manual quattro. Also do i need programming or just switch the computer and turn the ignition to on and leave it for 5 minutes. Please let me know, i will take pics. of the car soon. tnx

 

I doubt the ecu is bad. Is there a communication fault?

 

i think he said there is too much fuel. he said everything else on the car is fine. so you know if i need to reprogram anything or just do the steps.
