New battery in key fob, now windows don't work?
Hi folks,
Just replaced the battery in my fob. It wouldn't pair with the car until I put the key in the ignition and started it up, once I did that all was well.
...but now my windows won't roll down. The window controls in the driver's side door are no longer lit, but sunroof, radio, A/C all work fine.
I'm guessing the switch itself, but any advice appreciated!
'98.5 1.8T non-quattro, manual, FWIW.

If I've read the fuse diagram correctly:

The windows share a circuit with climate control, which is working fine, so I have to imagine something downstream of the fuse?
