No worries about rubbing with those tires, you'll be fine.
Well, I installed the 215-60-16's today and......they rub. The rear tires rub the upper suspension component (control arm?) It's not awful but definitely noticeable when driving. Any suggestions other than finding different wheels/tires?

Really?! Well don't I feel like an ***

They're probably rubbing on the spindle. You could put some small spacers on there with your current wheels and that would help. Sorry man!

No worries, the guy I bought them from works for Audi and said he was running them on a 2000 A4 with no issues....just weird. Something like 5mm spacers?

It seems like a few people are mistaking this thread for that "New B5 A4 owners check in". Call me selfish, but this thread is about me and my car and things I'm trying to do to make it right.

Not selfish at all, there's a thread for new owners to check in, its stuck to the top of the B5 forum. Vinny's first post was in the wrong spot. As you were, T-wall!

Congrats on the car man I'm on the market right now, waiting patiently for the right one though, I already have a car that I'm keeping until I purchase an A4 so no rush...

How do you decipher from sport package and non sport package just by looking at the vehicle, mainly wheels? I'd prefer sport package, also, did yours come with the bose system? Just curious if that was an option as well (not sure if any other stereo's even came in these cars)

30k miles is insane, if you don't mind me asking what'd you pay for it with that kind of mileage?

Anyway, nice sounding car man
