Default Need some help diagnosing

Welllll....

Recently my car has been taking a longer time to start up... it turns over for a while before it starts...

I vagged my car today and came back with this:

16687 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0303 - 92-00 - Unknown Error Elaboration

What is that? I know it's a misfire... Here's some things you might need to know:

1.) My last oil change was about 2,500 miles ago..
2.) My car isn't running any different, but after I cleared the code it came back after about 40 miles....
3.) I just change my spark plugs to brand new ones...
4.) My wires are kinda fresh (only 4 months old or so)

It feels like I'm getting some horrible gas mileage...

SO HELP ME!

Thanks,
TP

What engine do you have? It would be wise in the future to post the details about your car. Judging by you using the term wires, I assume you have a V6. When you replaced the plugs, what brand did you use? Did you gap every plug? Did you use the crush washers, and tighten the plugs down according to their instructions? Did you drop one on accident? Did you double check the wires to make sure they are seated properly?

Your coil pack is gone.. the second code is mult random misfire. Replace all coils. But, first make sure your valve cover gasket is tight and no oil is gettin in there

I have a 97 12v (it's in the sig)

Yeah, I gaped all the plugs .040...

I seated all the wires, twice...

Used the crush washers...

And used Bosch plugs (Platinum Ir Fusion)

The thing is that I was having the start up problems before I replaced the plugs... I thought replacing the plugs would help...

This is what I need? Yes?

http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/...productID=2488

One more symptom is that once it starts... And it's been running, if I just turn it back off let it sit for 3-4 sec and turn the key again, it'll start right away... Does that sound like a coil pack again?

EDIT*

Can I test this out by switching the cyl 3 wire to the coil pack with another cyl? OR is this a big no no?

I brought it to the mechanic today, and he swapped out a brand new ignition pack that he had... And I still have the very same problem...

Any more ideas?

You don't have coilpacks.

Is your car always hard to start or only on warm starts? You might consider replacing your ECT sensor, but that won't have anything to do with the misfire codes.
