Default need opinions on buying first audi please

Hey there. I'm looking to buy a reliable daily driver. I was originally looking at preludes but came across this a4. i thought it was a good price and looked at other a4s and realized they are all around this price. Why such bad resale value??? anyway, here's the a4 i'm considering:

Audi 1998 A4. It needs a few things done nothing major but ill be honest with the whole description of the car an you can come see it yourself. Its in great outside and inside condition. New paint job (Blanka White), 2.8 V6 Quatro, 71,000 Miles, 5 speed manual. It has a S4 front bumper and rear, also the whole exhaust system and 235/35/19 inch wheels and Kumho tires. It is an A4 but the whole inside and outside looks exactly as a S4. I also did the whole tuneup on the car and replaced the front and rear control arms and brakes.
The few things that need to be done are:
-No Radio
-Sometimes it wont go into 2nd gear..it needs a new Syncro (inspected by a mechanic..cost is around $390

what do you guys think? Thanks.

i love the black top on white

put some new rims on (audi reps) and make an offer

its a great looking low mileage A4 Quattro so I'd do it.

Whats the asking price?
