i have a manual
i spike to 17-18 and hold at 15-16
im on my stock clutch so obviously the reason why you would get better launches.

Never on a track. 0-60 is around 8 seconds, so I don't do a lot of racing

carbonio may have been a waste of money, but the ITG foam filter they use is way better then k&n.
