Ugh. That sucks ***.
My guess would be to check the spark and fuel at Cyl #1 and look into why your injector isn't working on #6.
Maybe swap the #6 injector out with a known cylinder that is firing. If the misfire moves with the injector, something happened to your injector, or you just hooked it up better when you moved it. Same thing goes with #1. Move the coilpack and plug and see what happens there.
Remember though. Scientific method applies here. Move one thing at a time, that way you can isolate the variables. Don't just change a bunch of **** and make it impossible to tell what was the issue. Be patient. You're almost done.
My honest to goodness guess is that you've probably just got electrical connection issues. Double and Triple check all connections, and buy a can of contact cleaner. It'll be like 6 or 7 bucks, but it makes your connections like new.
Cylinders #1 and #6 are in different banks, so its not a common timing issue on one cam. Double and triple check your timing, not that you already haven't.
And as far as the MAF goes, your guess is as good as mine. Hit the connections with the contact cleaner, and see what you get. But focus on the mechanical stuff first.
Good Luck.
