Cory, could you write more legibly? We can figure out your issue but you need to work one step at a time.
1. You need to know what your mods are. You say you don't have a chip, but 1 bar of boost would lead us to believe you do.
2. If you have smoke coming out of the exhaust, I would start by pulling the cat/test pipe off and seeing if there is any oil residue in the downpipe. This would point to a bad turbo
Also, I would not believe the guy you bought it from. "Thin oil" would not cause the exhaust to smoke under boost. I would also check for leaks around the turbo itself.
Finally, I would ditch the BOV as they cause the most problems on AEB cars due to the simplicity of the ECU

i checked rightnow and boost is at 0.7 bar theres oil reside on exhaust like fresh oil
when i drive normal doesnt smoke at all ,,if i boost a lot it will smoke .....he says that the turbo its brand new ..i don think so ....i think he bought a used one and its leaking from seals..
or maybe i should check the fmic to c if theres oil inside from the old turbo that blew

If you are blowing oil through your turbo, then your turbo seals are no good. Take your turbo piping off and see if oil comes out. Also, do what the other said and remove your cat and see if there is oil in there. Basically, you are looking for oil in places where it shouldn't be. There may be a very very small amount which is normal, but we aren't talking about a small amount though if you are blowing white smoke out your exhaust. When you say that it only blows smoke when you get on it, it's still a problem ya know? Do those checks for oil and possibly get someone who knows about audi's/vw's and see exactly what types of mods you already have done to your car.
