I guess cops don't care out here where I live. It seems like every 10th car has HID's when you drive down the street lol. I was on the freeway going to work early in the morning (when it was still dark) on Fri. and one slowly passed by by me and didn't even look my way. I think when you get into 12,000k and up is when you might start to get their attention. That's when it starts turning purple, pink, etc. I'm really happy with them on how the light is such a crystal clear blue. Anything less would probably make me feel a little disappointed.

 

I like the 10K, looks good. I saw a civic or accord (can't remember, it was definately a Honda) with like 50K or something (an exageration obviously) but they looked so pink it was gay. I told the wife "I wonder if he realized that the higher the temp didn't mean the brighter the light..."

When I order mine, I might have to look at the 10K. They look nice...

Are you using Halogen projectors or did you get the HID projectors?

 

Clean! I'm not the biggest fan of anything too colored, but that doesn't look too shabby . I have 5k and love how white it is. I saw a guy the other night bradtyler was saying and he had 12k and it looked ridiculous. I don't know how he could see anything.

 

dude its proven that the lower bulb temp is, the brighter and farther the light is compared to the fast and furious 12000k bulbs and 10000k bulbs that u have... so before u start bashing on people maybe its YOU that needs to get info to back up your quotes

 

come guys these hid's are brighter than factory so no one should say anythings it better than stock which means no matter what temp you get you are fine =]

 

actually my PIAA GTX bulbs were brighter than my roommates 12000k hid kit... he was PISSED... but yes they are brighter over STOCK bulbs

 

Ya it a fact that they are not as bright, but when ppl say say you cant see **** with 10-12K and there only for show cars is bullshit. My 12K are way brighter than my buddies 6K's in his car so i don't know where you get off. It could be the headlight it's self it could be the hight off the ground or many other things. BTW I don't recall "quoting" anyone so STFU Dr. Phil

I call bullshit if that car in your sig with the cheep *** ebay headlights (ya the ones with the fuked up lines through) are brighter than a 99.5 and up headlight with HID's then all the ricers (like yourself) would have them.......Oh wait maybe you were talking about those clouded *** PRE 99.5 headlights?
