1) boost gauge (vdo)
2) diverter valve (710n)
3) chip tune (ctapp if you plan on going bigger ever, giac/apr if not)
4) exhaust (do custom... just buy a muffler and a resonator and bring it to an exhaust shop and tell them to do the rest ha)

+1 on the boost gauge, especially if you're going to chip it.
As for GIAC/ APR tuning, I think they're both about the same, and everyone claims slightly higher than it actually is. I would have gone with GIAC myself, but the car already had an APR tune when I bought it.
Pretty much, if there is a GIAC or APR "dealer" near you, that would be the one I would go with just because it would be easier, and you wouldn't have to ship your ECU.

Also, if you dont want to drop too much coin right away you can do little freebee mods like One-Touch-Up rear windows, Independent Foglights, and the Brake Light Mod (wiring the rear fogs into the brakes to make them brighter). You can search around and read up on Audidiy.com for these.

For the NeuSpeed vs APR, they are probably both about the same, so I would go with whatever is cheaper, but I think the cheapest way to go is with a custom set up like someone had mentioned before. Price it out and see...
