Definitely replace the CTS while you're in there!
Your O2 sensor should be fine, but if you decide to replace during the process of elimination, Amazon has it for $59:

So back to the CTS.. do you think that could be the cause of my problem?

Update!
So finally got around to replacing my coolant flange while I did my valve cover gasket and did the CTS as well. Misfires still there, after clearing codes and everything.
What I did notice is where my combi valve attaches to what I believe the EGR valve is, isn't connected at all. Major exhaust leak there, could that possibly cause my misfires?
Just ordered the EGR block off plate from 034 to patch that up.
