Default Misfire Problems

Well taking my girlfriend home the other night I was boosting around 20lbs. I have a leak in the lines around the turbo I believe because I'm not supposed to hit 20 on my giac tune.

Anyway, I pulled into a parking lot to eat some in an out, and I noticed the car misfiring. Stopped and popped the hood, then unplugged the coils one at a time. Figured out 2 was bad.

This morning I took the code reader to it, and yeah, #2 was misfiring. I switched coils 1 and 2. Cleared the codes, then ran it. I put it under load in the garage and it started doing it again. cyl 1 this time. I went and got a new coil off craigslist and put it in. Car runs great till 16lbs then it misfires a lil.

Pulled the codes again and it was cyl number 4 this time.

I put some e3 plugs in I got today as they were the only ones they had besides shitty champion. So Im going to put my old plugs back in and see what happens. Any Ideas why this is on cyl 4 now though? my only guess is the plugs.
