There is "disc brake bearing grease" floating around in my garage, so I used that. It's a pretty thick black grease. I'm sure you could find some at a local auto parts store.
If your bearing kit(s) come with a new grease seal you will want to make sure to put grease on them since they essentially slide against the spindle (and prevent water/debris from entering the bearings).
It didn't really look like he mentioned how to get the old ABS ring off - you can stick a flat-bladed screwdriver through the wheel bolt holes and gently pound the ring off that way.
Probably the most challenging part of the job is making sure you work evenly around the perimeter of the bearing races and ABS ring when removing/installing them. They need to be pretty even at all times, but honestly it's not a difficult task.
