Max hp mods/hp factory clutch can handle without sliding
My clutch went a couple months ago and like a fool I replaced it with a factory one, whats the most my car can handle? Thanks for any information. 1.8t btw

i think factory clutch can handle ~225ftlbs of torque safely???
so if it is 225 then I would assume any thing after a chip, like ko4 you would probably want to consider a better clutch.

stock turbo- stock clutch
BT- upgraded clutch
for k04's and elim, you only really need it if your gona be launching the car. repeated launches will shorten the stock clutchs life dramatically.

my stock clutch withstood 1 launch before it failed. i had the stock k03s turbo w/ a dahlback chip and exhaust at the time. the clutch wasn't slipping, but was on it's way out from the previous owner anyhow.
