Ok so you just need to figure out the pilot bearing. Either use the type that will go in the center hole of the flywheel or have a machine shop open up the center hole in the crank flange slightly to the same size in the manual crank flange.

I post pics already. It seems to fit just fine. The pilot bearing from that store just sits in there?

 

Im ordering bearing tomorrow.

 

OK well flywheel and clutch are on and the motor is back in the car.
