Major issue!! And a total head scratcher..
Okay so I'm driving for most part of the night and I'm about to go home when I stop one last time, heres where it gets interesting! I go to pull away and shift into second and get to about 20mph and my car feels like it's holding itself back so I let go of the gas shift into neutral and my brakes applied quite strongly with out me doing a thing... And will not accelerate above 20mph... What is going on? I'm mechanically inclined so I am actually upset that I'm stumped on this problem

Sounds like you've got a caliper that is hung up. It probably never released from when you were at the light, and you were able to accelerate with it dragging.
Sometimes this can happen with old brake fluid crudding up the calipers, or possibly one of the brake hoses at the wheels has collapsed internally. This allows fluid to move to the caliper when you apply the brakes, but does not flow back into the master cylinder when released. My bet is this one. I know it seems strange, but I've actually dealt with it on several vehicles now. If one hose is starting to go, you might as well just replace them all and flush the fluid.
It should be fairly easy to figure out which wheel it is as the rotor will be smoking hot. If you've let it cool, just jack up the car and see which wheel is stuck.

but why does it only do it at 20mph+ cause under 20 everythings good.. 1st gear has full acceleration(however did not push it past 3k before shifting). and I also forgot to mention its only on the passenger axle doing it, put the car in gear on a lift and driver side accelerates as it should, so maybe you are right the caliper is getting hung up but why does it release when I go under 20mph? also if it were building pressure, if i were to open the bleeder valve fluid would exit rapidly I would imagine correct? well I opened the valve and nothing came out very "quickly".. soo maybe you can see now where im still stumped beyond belief right now!

First off, you need to mention what car you have, engine, whether its just fwd or awd, and year. Second, you need someone to pump the brakes and then hold the pedal down to keep the brake lines pressurized before you crack open a bleeder valve, otherwise you're just going to let air in. Nor would you see the fluid coming out fast. As for your problem, list the details about your car and someone might be able to give you some better advice if that particular model is common for having the problem

Sounds to me that it is the caliper. If it were the brake hoses, then as you stated, opening a bleeder should relieve the pressure in that caliper and allow the pads to retract.
My choice would be to replace/rebuild that caliper.
