Lower door Molding

For the front door:
Open the door and from the inside and there should be a black screw in the far corner near the jamb. Remove that screw.
From the outside of the door, slide the rubber trim piece to the right about 2 inches and it should pop off of the clips.
If you bought new clips, replace all of them. Line up the new rubber trim piece and slide it back into place. Put in the screw and you're done.
I did this earlier this week in about 10 minutes. Although the nut that is built into the trim decided to turn with the screw so I had to use a stiff putty knife to pry the trim piece off of the nut, then hold the nut with a pair of pliers and back the screw out.
As for the rear piece....I'm not sure. I'd assume it would be similar, but the front drivers side piece was the only one that was broken on my car.
