I got mine locally for a bit more then vvme has them but i hate waiting for stuff to ship and if anything happens i can get replacement parts quick
as for installing them its fairly simple your gonna need to drill a 1 inch hole in the headlight bulb covers and find a good spot to mount the ballasts took me a little over an hour but thats cause i made it look neat

The thing with vvme is that theres no customer service and not really a return policy. I got a set and when it got really cold one of the ballasts would short out and u just hafta buy a new one. (i think they had other options like they gave me three things i could do but they all sucked expect get a new one for 30 bux). No one speaks english there either so they dont always understand what you are saying ( when they replied to my messages i sent them, they came back to me and had chineese characters next to them). The thing is though ull still get the cheapest price from them, even if there is a defective part. My kit from them (with the new ballast) has lasted a year now with no problems.
oh and yeah they are easy to install, the wires arent the same color but bright and dark colors go together and they wont work if u happen to wire it wrong the first time. The hardest part is finding a place to mount the ballast but i just zip tied mine to the back of my headlights (they do include a bracket but i didnt use it and i cant remeber why..)

I highly recommend buying from vvme's ebay store, http://stores.ebay.com/VVME-CAR-PARTS
$62 shipped, it comes from china but they ship DHL. I received mine 3 days after ordering. I've purchased 2 sets of 6000k H7 kits from here without a single problem. Just put the 2nd set in my fogs, and the first set I bought have been going strong for over a year now.

I'll add another vote to VVME as I bought a kit for my headlights, fogs, and also my dad's ML350. I did these all separately but each kit was delivered within 4 business days. For my fogs I ordered Thursday night, delivered Monday morning. Only one ballast on my Dad's has shown any signs of being bad but its only blinked off twice.

i got a question, im installing Halo Headlights and they take H1 Bulbs, but my cars Harness is for my stock headlights which takes H7s. i want to order HID's should i order H1 or H7, if the whole wiring is pulled out of the headlight and it goes into my facotry plugs then i want the kind that will work without me having to splice into wires. anyone got any idea?
