Are you sure that its the seals though? If your timing chain went you could've jumped timing causing a bent valve.... Have you done a compression test?

yes i have gotten a compression test done on the car. The mechanic told me that i have bad valve stem seals and the cam chain tensioner was starting to go. The tensioner hasn't gone and bent a valve because i was driving it in the summer before i had to park it to go to college.
